Briefly reheating improves the shelf life of food or flavour profiles by killing micro-organisms. Thanks to the flexible programmable logic controls, this special programme can be expanded and adapted individually.

The monitoring package for process monitoring includes various sensors for dispenser monitoring, conductivity measurement and spray arm monitoring to ensure proper cleaning in every cleaning cycle.

The optimised process documentation with LAN interface – ensure access to digital machine data for full transparency. The PLW 8636 lab glassware washer can be integrated into a local network using an Ethernet link. This also allows connection to process documentation systems, e.g. Segosoft Miele Edition. Third-party process documentation system can also be connected via the IP profile.

The intelligent power control delivers load-dependent power optimisation – in every cleaning cycle: depending on the type and number of baskets and modules used, the pump performance is adjusted and the spray arms are supplied with water thanks to the intelligent power control. They are gentle on resources and the environment.

Reliable cleaning even at maximum load is achieved thanks to the perfect interplay of optimised spray arms and powerful circulation pump.

Ideal dispensing and exact dispensing monitoring – even for the most demanding cleaning processes – is ensured thanks to precise dispensing pumps and sensors.

Benefit from our most powerful circulation pump for machines of this size – for perfect cleaning results. The speed and programme parameters can be set individually, depending on your cleaning requirements. The variable-speed pump is also characterised by its durability – having been tested to 15,000 cleaning cycles.

The new high-performance drying unit ensures excellent drying results thanks to a 10 % stronger air throughput compared to the previous model. This enables reliable drying of even the most demanding laboratory glassware.

The PLW 8636 can be extended with two retrofitting kits (Rec in, Rec out) to collect the process water in a recycling tank on the customer’s premises. This means, for example, that the clean water from the last wash phase can be reused in the next cleaning process. This saves around 15 litres of water in each standard programme cycle, which corresponds to savings of up to 25 % compared to a machine without a recycling tank.
