There is a technical fault.
Turn off the cooker hood fuse for at least 1 minute.
After the minute has elapsed, you can switch the fuse on again.
Consult the operating instructions to check whether the cooker hood has a main switch (switch labelled 0/1). If so, you can also disconnect the cooker hood from the power supply using this switch.
