Why doesn’t Alexa understand what I say?

The Miele skill has to be called using the invocation name (the expression that you use to address the skill).

To address the Miele skill, say “Alexa, ask Miele” or “Alexa, tell Miele”. You can also start by saying “Alexa, open Miele”.

If you want to know what Alexa has understood, you can look this up in the Alexa app.

To find out what the skill can do, you can say: “Alexa, ask Miele what can you do”.
