How to I enter the 125 competition?

UK entries

1. Purchase an eligible Miele appliance between 01/05/24 & 30/04/25.

2. Visit www.miele125promotion.com to enter the competition and complete the online form which will ask for your full details and proof of purchase. To complete your entry you must answer the question correctly.

How many entries do I get with each appliance?

Rewarding loyalty: The more appliances you buy, the greater your chance of winning. Each product category is assigned a set number of competition entries, with our most prestigious appliances awarded the highest number of entries. Total points value per product category can be found in our full terms and conditions pages for UK and Republic of Ireland.

E.g. a vacuum cleaner Handstick & Robot is worth 500 points whereas a washing machine with washer-dryer is worth 1,300. If you add a vacuum cleaner Handstick & Robot and washing machine with washer-dryer purchase, you will gain 1,800 draw entries for the month that you enter and 1,800 chances to win (plays) in the final prize draw.

What prizes could I win?

There will be one Grand Prize winner of €/£125,000.

There will also be Monthly Prizes awarded each month.
For UK entries there will be 2 Monthly Prize winners per month, 48 in total. The winner will win 1 x £150 or 1 x £250 Miele voucher. Prizes will be randomly allocated.

For Republic of Ireland entries there will be 2 Monthly Prize winners per month, 48 in total. The winner will win 1 x €150 or 1 x €250 Miele voucher. Prizes will be randomly allocated.

When will the Grand Prize and Monthly prize draw winners be notified if they have won?

There will be one Grand Prize winner of €/£125,000 which will be announced 14 working days at the end of the Grand Promotion Entry Period which is at 23:59 BST on 30 June 2025.

The Monthly Prize winners will be contacted 14 working days follow the end of the promotion month via email with the voucher code. For example, if you registered your appliance in May 2024, the monthly prize draw winner for May will be notified 14 working days after 31st May via email if they won a voucher.

Only winning entrants will be notified.

What happens if I buy more than one Miele appliance during the promotional period?

You can only have one itemised receipt per entry receipt. It must state the date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize per monthly Draw.

If you have more than one receipt, you will need to complete another entry.

Are there any age restrictions for entry?

This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, Northern Ireland (the “United Kingdom”) and the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, the staff or family of any Miele retailer, agency and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

Is the promotion valid for all eligible Miele appliances?

Yes, all eligible Miele appliances actively sold within GB/ROI are included, excluding appliances that have been discontinued as of 1st Jan 2024.
The following criteria applies to eligible appliances:

Appliances sold for display are excluded.
Any free-of-charge Appliances are excluded.
Any press discount purchases are excluded.
Appliance replacements are excluded.
Any non-domestic Appliances are excluded.
Any Appliances purchased from a retailer not based within the UK or the Republic of Ireland are excluded.

Are there any guaranteed prizes?

No. There are no guaranteed prizes. A draw will be conducted for both monthly winners and grand prize winner.
