The main advantages of choosing a hob with integrated extractor is having an unobstructed view of the hob and it’s the ideal solution for a sleek, modern kitchen with discreet integrated appliances.

Overall, an induction hob with integrated extractor offers a combination of speed, safety, flexibility, and ease of cleaning, making it a superior choice for modern kitchens.

Induction hobs are widely regarded as the fastest and cleanest cooking method. Here are some key benefits:

Easy to Clean: The ceramic glass surface stays relatively cool, making it easy to clean. Spills and splatters don't burn on, so you can easily wipe them away.
Safety Features: The pan recognition feature ensures the hob only heats up when cookware is placed on it, and it stops heating as soon as the pot is removed. This adds an extra layer of safety.
Flexibility: The hob automatically detects the size of your cookware and only heats the area in use. This means you can use a variety of pot and pan sizes efficiently. For larger cookware, the hob's zones can combine to provide consistent heating.
Speed: Induction hobs often include a Booster or Power function that increases the power temporarily, allowing you to bring water to the boil or heat up food much faster.

Energy consumption based on heating up 3 litres of water in a Ø22 cm pot:

Heating method: Induction – Round – 3.65 kW
Consumption: 0.381 kWh

Heating method: Electric – ExtraSpeed – 2.9 kW
Consumption: 0.411 kWh

Heating method: Gas – Large burner – 2.7 kW
Consumption: 0.917 kWh

Our current models can be equipped with three different filters:

•    DKF 35-P: This standard filter with pleated material comes included with the KMDA.
•    DKF 35-S: This sensitive filter with particle fleece reduces particulate matter PM2.5 by 50% (tested according to ISO 16890).
•    DKF 1000-R: This filter is easy to regenerate in the oven and can only be used with ducting. It must be used in combination with our recirculation box DUU 1500 or DUU 1000-2.
