The 5 year warranty is two year manufacturer warranty plus additional three years. This means it covers any defects in the material or workmanship of the product. Both defective parts and labour are covered.

The 5 year warranty is only available to machines purchased from an authorised Miele retailer or directly from Miele in the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland.
