How long does the 5 year extended warranty last?
The warranty period will commence from your date of purchase. The first two years are covered under the 2 year Manufacturer’s Guarantee then a further 3 years are covered by this promotional warranty.​
What does the 5 year extended warranty cover?
The 5 year warranty is two year manufacturer warranty plus additional three years. This means it covers any defects in the material or workmanship of the product. Both defective parts and labour are covered.
What laundry appliances does this extended warranty cover?
This warranty covers all 9kg TwinDos washing machines.
Where can I purchase?
The 5 year warranty is only available to machines purchased from an authorised Miele retailer or directly from Miele in the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland.​​
How do I activate the warranty?

If I register the appliance, will it be auto-enrolled into the promotional 5yr warranty?
No. You must still activate the warranty even if the appliance is registered. Registering the appliance will only activate the standard 2 year Manufacturer’s Guarantee.​
How long do I have to claim the warranty?
Warranty activations must be completed by 29 January 2025, within 90 days of the end date of the promotion.​
