Excellent bagless vacuum cleaner

This hoover has not disappointed and I am very happy, the suction is fantastic. there are some things that are in the design I would change which are very small. The cable requires you to hold your foot on the button, it doesn’t automatically take it after one hit - our last Miele did this. You can’t stand it up, so isn’t as easy to store. There is also one side to attach to handle.

Excellent product does such a good job and has brightened my home. I was stunned by the amount of dust and dog hair it captured on first use and it’s compact size makes it easy to manoeuvre.

My house feels cleaner.

The CX1 Cat and Dog is a sturdy well made vacuum cleaner. The best thing is that it picks up all the bits and the turbo brush collects my long hair, unlike my previous cleaner. We don't have pets but do shed hair. I like having several controls on the appropriate suction . My house feels a lot fresher and cleaner. The crevice tool is great when doing the car. Downside, the 3 attachments fall off the hose clip. Cleaning all the filters takes some time and need 24 hours to dry so factor this in to your decision. The hair round the turbo brush has to be cut off and there is a specially designed groove on the brush to do this. Overall it moves well, has a long cord and I am pretty happy with it after one month. I found that trying to register for the guarantee was quite a performance . My tip is to take a photo of the serial number once you've found it.
