Get more out of your Miele cooker, oven, Dialog oven or combination steam oven with additional Miele baking and roasting racks. They help you to use your oven to a much greater degree and bake and roast on several oven levels at the same time, giving you more flexibility when cooking. Our baking and roasting racks are particularly well suited as a surface for placing bakeware or ovenproof dishes. They are also good for sausages and meat if you like them particularly crispy. The dripping fat can be collected in the matching original Miele universal trays and then used for making a delicious sauce. Original Miele racks are also very easy to use – they can either be fitted on FlexiClip runners or directly into the side runners of the oven.
