I would definitely recommend Miele appliances for their longevity, ease of use and the whole delightful, customer care experience which this brand provides.
After 20 years our Miele microwave finally broke down. The very helpful customer care assistant at Miele arranged an engineer to call, who was very thorough in his assessment and confirmed the appliance was irreparable as we had allowed splatter to coat the ceiling of the microwave, which had eventually corroded the machine. He showed us which current microwaves would fit the space perfectly and we had no hesitation in ordering one of these options when customer care rang again the next day. After all, now we know how to look after our microwave better, it is likely to outlive us! The whole procedure was made very easy and we are thrilled with our new microwave which looks very smart and is particularly easy to use.
