Happiness.

. . . And Hello and Welcome to the lovely WCA030 WCSGB that now sits quietly in the same spot and, when needed, whirrs almost silently into going about the business of the family washes. Technically, a lot has changed in Miele-Land over 23 years but one thing that hasn't is the re-assurance and knowledge that the brand is even more focused on bringing to its customers the finest quality products all backed up by the finest cutomner service and support. Not much more to ask for.

I would not hesitate to buy a Miele washing machine again..

Our second Miele washing machine. Previous machine had a lot of use and was told by the engineer who came when it broke down, that it had equivalent of 16 years of washes without any problems.

This is a up dated replacement for a 20 year old Miele washing machine that had done 12500 washes very pleased with the up dated machine and the original

A luxury purchase not a long lived one. Keep your expectations realistic.

I bought this product as a result of the bare minimum customer service effort by Miele. We owned a similar machine for eight years having used Miele washers since 1980. Thinking that it was worth it to keep the previous machine going we booked a Miele engineer at £160 minimum charge. He informed us that it would cost over £500 to repair and we’d be best advised to buy a new machine. Possible cause was the light use to which it had been subjected. Miele refused to discount an outlet machine (which is all we could afford) with the call out charge and would only agree to supplying a new machine from stock. You are buying a luxury item not a long life environmentally friendly item from Miele these days unlike our first machine which lasted the 20 years promised.
