Great washer-dryer

I’m very satisfied with my recent purchase of this machine. It’s efficient, quiet, and has great capacity, which means fewer loads. It was a bit of an investment, but totally worth it for the convenience and quality. Highly recommend!

Great machine, dodgy app & not the usual standard of customer service

As usual a great washing machine. The dryer has left things a bit damp, will have to try a different setting. Very disappointed with customer service as we have been unable to connect the app and have called several times & each time they say they will investigate and come back to me & no one has bothered so we are unable to use this functionality.

The best.
