The product was as I expected

I purchased a replacement filter as I have had the Hoover a couple of years. Whilst it was easy to Purchaseing the filter was easy, however the delivery took 4 weeks as kept receiving notifications of changes in delivery date which was very frustrating.

Excellent

The triflex system is in our view the best - this filter is an integral part of that. We bought it as a spare but the original is way to clean so will last a bit longer! The only slight criticism is changing it is a bit fiddly - it requires a knack
