Great products: Abysmal customer service

Our family has used Miele appliances for many years, all have been reliable, completely trouble-free over an average life of 18 years, with excellent performance. That experience is confirmed by the quality and even improved performance of our recently purchased washing machine. However, apart from the sales department that was keen to take our order, all other departments failed to provide even a basic level of customer service.

Excellent performance

Probably the only completely odourless tablets available at the moment in the UK. Their cleaning power is no joke. I've tried them for a couple of weeks on different washing cycles and every time the results were impressive. The cutlery and glassware are always sparkling and dry, no stains or cloudiness though I do use salt and rinser as well as the water is very hard in our area. My only grievance is the price therefore minus one star.
