Perfect from start to finish.

Service engineer visit for old machine followed by purchase of new machine was perfect in every way. All Miele staff are so good. Helpful, friendly and trustworthy. The new machine is so exceptional that we are pleased our 26 year old machine could not be repaired. It had served us well and still looked like new but needed a new motherboard which was not available. The clothes come out so much better now. We are thrilled and would always buy Miele in future. The twin Dos system is magic.
