I would buy this product again if I needed to

This 'bendy' tool gets in to much more of the nooks and crannies in my house than the standard crevice tool that came with the vacuum. Might be my imagination but I don't feel I have to bend so much and for me that is a definite bonus.

Previously bought a cheap which was far too bendy and didn’t fit that well so lost such power. I can now vacuum my high beams and can reach under furniture

Excellent service as usual from Miele.

This is good, but I haven’t used it much as yet. It would be useful to be able to buy really long extension poles for property’s with high beams and rafters. I would have given 5 stars if inter-lockable extension poles were available for this purpose. Miele could do with giving this some thought. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 for this reason.
