Excellent service as usual from Miele.

This is good, but I haven’t used it much as yet. It would be useful to be able to buy really long extension poles for property’s with high beams and rafters. I would have given 5 stars if inter-lockable extension poles were available for this purpose. Miele could do with giving this some thought. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 for this reason.

I definitely recommend this if you have difficult to reach spaces that need vacuuming.
