App shows different status than SuperVision display

The status shown in the Miele app for a networked appliance is different from the status shown on the display of the appliance with the SuperVision function.

The update intervals of the Miele app and the display on the SuperVision appliance differ.

In principle, both the display on your SuperVision appliance and the Miele app show you the current status of your networked appliances. However, the update intervals differ:

  • The display on the SuperVision appliance shows the status of all networked devices to the second, even if the devices are currently in Standby mode or switched off.

  • The Miele app also displays the current appliance status. The Miele app updates slightly less frequently when the networked appliances are in Standby mode or switched off.

Due to the different update intervals, it can happen that, for example, the SuperVision appliance indicates that a networked appliance is “not connected” while the Miele app still displays “connected” for a short time.

The differences in the status display happen for a technical reason and only occur for a short time. This is not a fault.

Your Miele appliances will generally work correctly even if the status displays do not match for a brief period.
