Brew unit cannot be inserted

CM 5, CM 6, CM 7:

Prerequisites:

• The coffee machine is switched on.

• The side door on the coffee machine is closed.

• The drip tray and waste container have been inserted into the coffee machine.

Switch the coffee machine off.

Switch the coffee machine on again.

The brew unit drive is initialised automatically.

Slide the brew unit into the coffee machine.

CM 6x60, CVA 7xxx:

CVA 6xx

To move the brew unit back to the home position, please proceed as follows:

• 

• Press down on the snap lock with your finger .

• Push the funnel down .

• Slide the nozzle all the way to the left .

To restore the home position, press PRESS on the other side of the brew unit once.

The brew unit is restored to the home position.

The funnel on the brew unit is raised slightly and the connector is in a vertical position.

The brew unit can be inserted into the coffee machine.
