The milk container sensors may not work properly if they are soiled.
Clean the milk container thoroughly. Proceed as follows:
Please clean the stainless steel container with hot water after use to remove any residual milk.
Rinse the handle under running water and then clean it thoroughly with a clean damp cloth to remove any milk residue.
If the milk pipework in the lid is clogged, please clean it under running water using the cleaning brush. Insert the brush into the milk pipework. Move the brush back and forth as far as it will go until all milk residue has been removed.
Take particular care when cleaning the handle, intake tube and thin metal rod between the tubes. Rinse the tubes under cold running water. Then leave the tubes to dry.
Please also check whether the gold contact on the right-hand side of the door (milk jug opening) is clean. Clean it if this is not the case.
Fill the stainless steel milk container up to max. 2 cm to 3 cm below the brim rather than right up to the brim itself.
