Noisy operation in recirculation mode

Noise can be heard in the cooker hood recirculation mode.

The charcoal filter is not inserted correctly. During operation, air passes the charcoal filter and generates flow noise.

Insert the charcoal filter correctly.

The charcoal filter is no longer as permeable as when it was new. This results in more operating noise.

Replace the charcoal filter (at the latest after 6 months) as described in the operating instructions.

Miele recommends cleaning cooker hoods gently and thoroughly using Miele products which also care for your appliance at the same time.
