Vacuum cleaner is currently being operated.
The handle cannot be unlocked and pulled up for removal if the vacuum cleaner is being operated with power level 1, 2 or max.
Select power level 0.
Unlock the handle.
Pull the handle up and off to remove it from the appliance.
