Food too dry

The food is too dry.

An unsuitable operating mode was used.

If you are experiencing this problem, it is better to use the “Conventional heat” operating mode as this removes less air from the oven.

The temperature was set too low.

Increase the cooking temperature by 10–20 °C.

Too much moisture remains in the oven compartment, which means that the food forms a crust too late and dries out more as a result.

Switch on the Crisp function (moisture reduction).

Use the “Fan plus” operating mode as this removes more air from the oven.

Reduce the temperature by 10–20 °C.

When cooking moist food such as frozen chips, follow the instructions on the packaging and turn the food more often to reduce the moisture in the oven compartment.

Open the appliance door 2 to 3 times during cooking if there is a lot of food or if the food is very moist.
