Demo mode is activated. The Dialog oven can be operated, however the pump for the steam injection system will not work.
The demo mode is an appliance setting that is used solely to demonstrate the capabilities and functions of appliances, e.g. at trade fairs and exhibitions or in showrooms.
The motors, compressors, heating elements and pumps in the appliances do not work in demo mode.
Deactivate demo mode as follows:
Select the “Settings” menu from the main menu. Settings cannot be changed while a cooking process is in progress.
Select the “Showroom” menu option.
Select “Demo mode off”.
Touch “OK” for at least 4 seconds to deactivate demo mode.
