Support for yourDialog Oven

Why am I only allowed to cook at one level in the Dialog oven in the M Chef operating modes?

Why am I only allowed to cook at one level in the Dialog oven in the M Chef operating modes?

M Chef uses a combination of electro-magnetic waves and a conventional type of heating for cooking purposes.
Cooking is limited to one level because the electro-magnetic waves are shielded by metallic components.
The upper baking tray would shield the lower baking tray. The food on the lower baking tray would not be cooked sufficiently.

The M Chef operating modes combine two different cooking methods:

  • M Chef heats the entire body of the food using electro-magnetic waves.

  • The conventional type of heating is also used to cook the food and brown it via the heater elements.

Antennae in the ceiling of the oven release electro-magnetic waves and measure how much energy is absorbed by the food at short intervals. The energy absorption rate depends on the type of food.
