Induction hob not cooking food

The food in the cookware does not start cooking on the induction hob.

The cookware is not suitable for induction hobs.

Please check that your cookware is suitable for cooking with induction. Hold a magnet to the base of the pan. If the magnet sticks, the crockery is suitable.

The magnet does not stick. Please use induction-compatible cookware.

Demo mode is activated.

The demo mode is an appliance setting that is used solely to demonstrate the capabilities and functions of appliances, e.g. at trade fairs and exhibitions or in showrooms.
The motors, compressors, heating elements and pumps in the appliances do not work in demo mode.

Please deactivate demo mode as described in the operating instructions.
