Laundry is creasing (unwanted folds)

Creases (unwanted folds) are appearing when textiles are ironed.

The heater plate is soiled (limescale).

Clean the heater plate with commercially available detergents and cleaning agents.

Please check the positioning of the ironing cloth. If the ironing cloth is not flat, the laundry will crease.
