Depending on the degree of soiling, dirt residue may remain on the door or in the door area of the oven compartment after pyrolytic cleaning. This is not a technical defect.
There is a delicate fibreglass seal around the oven compartment which seals the inside of the glass oven door and can be damaged by rubbing and scouring.
Avoid cleaning the fibreglass seal.
Clean the appliance door with a sponge, a glass scraper or a stainless-steel spiral pad and washing-up liquid as described in the operating instructions.
