Residual water after functional test
Every steam oven undergoes a functional test in the factory. After this, a residual amount of water remains in the hoses despite thorough suction. During transport, this residual amount can sometimes reach the oven compartment.
Clean the appliance thoroughly prior to first use, proceeding as follows:
Take the water container out of the steam oven and rinse it by hand.
Take all accessories out of the oven compartment.
Wash the accessories in a mild solution of washing-up liquid and hot water or in the dishwasher.
Clean the oven compartment with a clean sponge cloth and a solution of hot water and washing-up liquid.
