During steam reduction, the cooking duration was extended during the last minute of the cooking process.
1 minute before the end of a steam cooking process, the “Steam reduction” function causes the door to open to an extent that is hardly visible. Steam reduction reduces the amount of steam that escapes when the door is opened. If the cooking duration is extended during the last minute of the cooking process, the door cannot close immediately. The opening mechanism for steam reduction needs a little time to close the door again.
Wait for the door to close again automatically.
Switch off steam reduction as follows:
Open the Settings menu.
Select Steam reduction.
Select Off.
