The drain hose for the steam pressure oven is connected to the sink’s trap.
If the drain hose is connected to your sink’s trap, warm steam may rise up out of your sink’s drain. Gurgling noises can also clearly be heard.
Connect the drain hose to a separate trap with a connection between the odour trap and wall connection.
A T-piece can often be used to do this.
