Support for yourWasher Dryer

Time left display changes/stops

The time left display on the washer-dryer changes or stops counting down.

The washer-dryer features electronic controls with automatic load control, which calculates the load size and determines the wash time accordingly. The washer-dryer does this as follows. At the beginning, water is admitted up to a preprogrammed water level as determined by the selected programme. After a little while, the appliance checks the water level to determine how much water has been absorbed by the laundry. Depending on the result, additional water is then admitted or not, as the case may be. The washer-dryer uses this process to calculate the load size. If the load size is below the maximum supported, the automatic load control reduces the wash and rinse time accordingly and can also omit a rinse cycle from the programme sequence. Conversely, the appliance can also increase the rinse time and add an extra rinse cycle if it detects that too much detergent has been used or excessive foam has been generated.
