TwinDos 1/2 is empty. Check the wash results

Insert a new detergent cartridge:

• Switch on the washing machine.

• 

• To release the lock, press the yellow button above the cartridge (1).

• Pull out the detergent cartridge (2).

• Place a new detergent cartridge in the compartment.

• Pay attention to the messages in the display.

The counter for the detergent cartridge fill level is reset.

If the detergent cartridge is not empty, you can reinsert it.

If the fault persists, please contact us or book a repair appointment online.
