There is a blockage in the small pipe in the detergent drawer onto which the capsule is placed.
Pull out the detergent drawer until resistance is felt.
Press down the release button and, at the same time, pull the detergent drawer completely out of the appliance.
Clean the detergent drawer with warm water, paying particular attention to the small pipe.
