I would recommend this.

This is our first Mile vacuum, the extended handle makes it really easy to use and the power control is a must otherwise you can’t vacuum some carpets, it gets great stripes too.it has also started to revive flat spots on the carpet by going over it on high power by pulling it towards you. Excellent price too as £100 off it.
