If cold water is used, the descaling tablets may not dissolve in the given time.
Dissolve the descaling tablets in lukewarm water. Do not insert the water container into the drawer until the descaling tablets have fully dissolved.

The descaling tablets do not dissolve completely. Undissolved tablet ingredients can block the steam hoses and other components and can cause fault message F11.
